Is There a Link Between Exercise and Happiness?
Exercise is a great way to reduce stress. It makes people feel happy and less anxious, it improves sleep patterns, can lead to an increase in energy, can make people are more confident, and it can create new brain cells in the section of the brain for learning and memory. By setting goals, people can feel accomplished with exercise. Through exercising and being happy, endorphins can be produced and production of antibodies can be increased up to 300%, improving people’s immune system. Exercise is an excellent source of happiness and way to relieve stress.

Exercise can treat depression and anxiety, improve mood, improve concentration/memory, increase self esteem and confidence, reduce risk of diseases, increase energy levels, strengthen the body, and more. Failure to exercise can be as bad as smoking a pack of cigarettes every day. It should be a part of everyone's lifestyle. Exercising can seem boring or like a chore, but there are ways to make it enjoyable. A person could exercise with friends, listen to music, join an exercise group or team sport, exercise in beautiful surroundings, or set goals for a sense of accomplishment.
